Inquiries are not reservations

Submitting our inquiry form is a request for information — nothing more. It does not hold a date, reserve the venue, or create any contract between you and Memories Ave. Banquet Hall. A date is only confirmed, and a reservation only exists, once we've discussed availability, pricing and details together and you've signed a written booking agreement with us (typically along with a deposit). Until that happens, any date you inquired about remains open to other events.

Descriptions and availability may change

We do our best to keep this website accurate, but descriptions of our space, packages, pricing, availability and services are subject to change without notice, and shouldn't be treated as a final quote or guarantee. Your written booking agreement, once signed, is what governs the specifics of your event.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memories Ave. Banquet Hall is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have that can't be limited under California law.
